Hilarious system - but just might work!

Loved it! Apart from the absolute novelty proposed by the author, I can well imagine that it works - except that I tried it, and was well and truly puffed ... after seven seconds! I can also truly understand the author's total and absolute fed-up-ness with his weight problem, so that when he explodes into a cataclysmic rage (at the scales' refusal to budge) I could picture him literally burning up the calories. I'm not quite sure if it was written tongue-in-cheek or if it was a true depiction of the author's epiphany - but he did drop all that weight, well, good for him! This "Miracle..." is probably not the best system for me (over 60), but ... honestly? Anyone can do it - give it a try, even if it's just for a good belly laugh. (Those who read it will understand.)
